Don Carranza Reposado Tequila: Don Carranza's Reposado (which means 'rested') is hand-crafted Tequila using an ancient process of cooking the agaves in old brick ovens prior to distillation. This process imparts intensified aromas and flavours to the finished project. Reposado is aged in oak barrels for at least 4 months and no longer than 12, gently adding additional layers of character. This one spent just under a year in Bourbon barrels, imbuing it with intriguing campfire notes. It's designed to be enjoyed neat out of a snifter. |
