Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila: Clear pale yellow colour; forward aromas of wood shavings, sweet fruit, spicy oak, herb and green olive; quite robust and full with a creamy textured palate, flavours of vanilla, pepper and citrus, with sweet fruit notes on a lengthy complex finish.

Don Carranza Reposado Tequila: Don Carranza's Reposado (which means 'rested') is hand-crafted Tequila using an ancient process of cooking the agaves in old brick ovens prior to distillation. This process imparts intensified aromas and flavours to the finished project. Reposado is aged in oak barrels for at least 4 months and no longer than 12, gently adding additional layers of character. This one spent just under a year in Bourbon barrels, imbuing it with intriguing campfire notes. It's designed to be enjoyed neat out of a snifter.
