Penderyn Sherrywood Single Malt: Penderyn, the solitary distillery in Wales, matures this intriguing, peated Single Malt first in ex-Bourbon casks, then in ex-Oloroso Sherry barrels. The result is a complex whisky showing aromas and flavours of roasted nuts, caramel, ginger and vanilla, with a smooth texture and a lingering, layered finish. Very fine neat, it opens up with a drop or two of filtered water.

Premium Bottlers Blat 11 Years Old Pure Malt Whisky: This is comprised of 99% 11 Years Old Blair Athol Single Malt Scotch from a single cask, blended with 1% 12 Years Old Canadian Single Malt Whisky. The resulting marriage delivers a nose of pears and smoke with an intriguing suggestion of peppermint. The palate is full bodied and well rounded, offering nice complexity throughout the lengthy finish. Only 384 bottles produced.
